We totally trust him!  He is trurhful & compassionate & our kitties are very comfortable with him. The workers are extremely two-faced and will gladly say something rude about a customer right after they thank you goodbye. The work that they do is sloppy. These employees are extremely unprofessional and use a copious amount of profanity as well as yell at the dogs-which they are supposed to be caring for- for simply barking. This place is an absolute fraud. YOUR ANIMALS DESERVE MUCH BETTER. If it were possible I'd give them negative stars.
