> I just recently ordered a pair of ski boots for my daughter. (Not the first time we have used Porters). The service and professionalism shown by the team at Porters is nothing short of exceptional. I placed the order in Melbourne Australia and had the boots on our door step 4 days later coming from the other side of the world. I cannot recommend you highly enough..the Porters team is awesome!! > Thank you so much! I will definitely spread the word about Porters and the great customer service I have received! As a skeptical online shopper, I rarely purchase anything over the internet because it's too much of a hassle, but Porters Tahoe and staff have made me a believer! I ordered a jacket from Porters and it was part of a close-out so the only size Porters had are Large. I received it the following day and I must say... that is what you call SPEEDY DELIVERY!!! The jacket was too big for me though so I called the Porters store to see if they had a smaller size. Of course there were none in stock because of the close-out, but Jennifer and Karen went out of their way to contact their buyer and locate one for me! I would've never gotten that kind of service from any other store. Over the past few days, I've contacted Porters for many other things and they have always been accommodating and helpful. I'm sure they're tired of hearing from me, but it definitely does not show in their customer service. Their dedication to serving their customers is rare and valuable and I can't express how thankful I am for everyone's help. Thanks again to you and the whole Porters staff for making my online experience a trouble-free and enjoyable one. You will definitely hear from me again, even though I know you're tired of me calling you everyday for help!

> I wanted to pass along a note of thanks to Allison, a real star you have working at Porters.  In this age of cookie cutter on-line mega store type shopping it is a pleasure to know there are still businesses that truly have the customers best interest in mind! My experience with Allison stems from a purchase of a Smokin snowboard for my son's Christmas gift.  Unfortunately, our selection was out of stock as conveyed by Allison's prompt follow up phone call. Allison readily listened to my situation that a Smokin board was our #1 choice as recommended by members of the National Ski Patrol, in which my wife is a member.  Allison requested one hour to see what she could do. She in turn contacted Jay, the owner of Smokin, and found a board for my son.  The board shipped the following day and arrived in perfect condition. Too often these type of circumstances are quickly dismissed during the hectic holiday season.  Thank you Porters and especially thank you Allison for making my son's Christmas a great one.
