> THE BEST FAMILY DOCTOR in the Visalia/Tulare area!Dr. Chan knowledgeable, caring and professional. My wife and I are his patients. I really like that Dr. Chan is very diligent , he really tries to identify and address the cause of the problem, rather than just the symptoms. Dr. Chan really wants to help his patients live their most healthy lives. Dr. Chan's office staff is professional, friendly and through.
