> We always have used enterprise to rent our cars.  Never had a problem. Cars aren't real clean.  But the last two times we have had to wait for a few hours to even get picked up!  This morning the guy who answered the phone said they no longer even offer shuttle service on Saturday!  What?  Not at all happy.  Called at 9am didn't get picked up until after 11 am.  So mad!
