I purchased a bedroom set which was delivered with cosmetic damages. We called and they happily re-ordered  new pieces for us. Once received one of those pieces also had cosmetic damage and I was not happy with that because it seemed like the quality of the furniture was not that great. We then decided to give it another go and reorder the same pieces again. That was at the beginning of March. it is now the end of April and we have not had our damaged replacements replaced. I went into the store 2 weeks ago to ask for a delivery status and all i got was a promise that I would get a call back. Two weeks later still no status update. I called and they seem to be blaming everyone but themselves and making excuses as to why I still have not received my new undamaged furniture. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. When I expressed how unhappy I was and that I wanted to speak with a manager the woman on the phone hung up on me. They delivered it promptly and even carried our old mattress away for us. I loved the customer service and would shop there again.
