The  young man at the door checking the ID's alway make sure we make it out to our cars safe, so if you want a good place to go with your friends  this is the place... The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated myself and my mother in laws wishes. from the time of our initial meeting with the coordinator we were told exactly what the facility supplied and offered and they totally exceeded our expectations. We had looked at numerous venues throughout the valley and are happy that we chose this onewe were treated with care and felt as though we were a part of their family. Our experience was so nice that my sister in law had her wedding there in may and one of her bridesmaids is also having her reception there in 08. They told us how they wanted to please their coustomers and that they could do anything we wanted. That is until they started receiving our money and heard that we wanted to have a winter wonderland. We wanted to drape the room & change chair pads. They didn't want to change the room at all. It was a struggle to get the room set up the way I wanted it, they kept saying NO & that they know what works. I ended up compromising my wants to accomadate them (never do that for your wedding). We paid an extra $3 per person to have a speciality drink that not even half of everyone got to try b/c they ran out (they made a gallon jug for 200ppl). This place claims to be elagant which in many aspects they are but lets talk about tacky when they planned to serve beer in RED PLASTIC DIXIE CUPS. We were spending over $2,000 on alcohol and they said if we don't like what they have go buy your own! We had to provide cups at our own additional cost.
