> Took my phone in for screen repair. They broke the case clips and bent the frame. The tech amber admitted it but said it happens. Refused a refund and was very rude. Wouldn't honor repair warranty even though corporate asked them and the store owner to. They even lied and stated my husband brought in the phone and said he threw it against a wall and broke it. Funny..I brought the phone and they did a visual inspection and found no damage. Very shady store. Don't take your phone there. Unprofessional crooks.
