FIRST THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND LEAVE HER DOZENS OF MESSAGES AND SHE NEVER RETURNS THE CALL... ALSO SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO TAXES SHE MESSED UP ON MINE 3 TIMES AND NEVER APPOLIGIZED NOR ACCEPTED THE WRONG DOING INSTEAD SHE WOULD HAVE AIDA OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS TO CALL ME AND SAY " OH IM SORRY" YA SORRY DOESNT CUT IT PAYING $300.00 FOR YOU TO MESS UP 3 TIMES. THIS LADY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND I REPEAT NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND YES AS THE FIRST PERSON WHO WROTE A REVIEW SHE LEAVES YOUR FILES ALL OVER AND IF YOU DO HAVE A REAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER YOU CAN NEVER REPLACE IT AND WITH HER NEGLEGENCE WHO KNOWS WHO WILL GET AHOLD OF IT.....

> This is the most unprofessional tax office I have ever been too. They don't have an office phone that works and they gave us a cell phone number which they never answer. I went in there in early January to get an estimate we agreed I would go back to finalize and pay for them to file. I decided not to go there and was going to go somewhere else. To my surprise I went in there with my husband and happen to see my file laying on a desk and they had filed without me reviewing or signing or paying them. There is missing info and my maritial status is wrong. The waiting time is ridiculous. So, now I am forced to file an amendment. Then they act like it is no big deal. They are incompetent.
