> I recently called for an appointment I had. I wanted to verify my appointment and asked if they had anything available for later. She said no and hung up quickly. Before all this she had me on hold for 5 mins and then was rude the whole time. Even when I went into the place to make an appointment they were rude and no one wanted to help me.

> sometimes rude and very slow, even when you have an appt.  oh and dont try to make an appt for a regular x-ray because its ok for you to wait, but not them.  And I guess they have never heard of shades for those upper windows.  In the morning you'll b toasted no matter where you sit.
