> This is the THIRD & LAST time I will use a credit/debit card at the Tustin location.  EVERY time, I have been automatically been charged 20% MORE THAN WHAT I SIGNED MY SLIP FOR... buyers beware. The first time, I was charged $19 instead of $16... I thought I forgot how much I bought...it happened again in June so I went to the location to get a copy of my signed slip & filed a complaint...my debit was adjusted later that week...I thought I'd try once more, the bagels are good...but it happened AGAIN... 3 strikes & YOU'RE OUT!!!  I think the employees are "adding in" their own tips. I'll complain again, but obviously the management is not auditing their books... the bagels are good, but pay with cash or get BURNED!!
