This took about an hour to get in and did not want to call a professional locksmith when I asked them too? They also sold me a value pack for 10 car washes for $120 and part of the deal was offering me a free car wash. When I came in for the free car wash today they told me that I had waited too long. When I called Ricardo, the manager on duty and told him of my troubles he told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. I explained to him that I would be issuing a charge-back on my American Express account and writing a poor review on Yelp and he told me to go for it and hung up. If the quality of the wash was great I might consider staying but when your windows are dirtier than when you gave them the car it is time to make a change. There are much better choices out there and save yourself the time and money by finding a car wash with better quality and service.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-05-12"}]}
