Upon arrival, I was greeted by Aryobi who was the business manager & quoted me the price of $650.00 for parts, labor & a life time warranty. After the job was finished, I picked my vehicle on Friday Oct 2, 2015 & I parked it at my residence. Oct 3 & 4, I noticed an oil leak from the of the repaired vehicle. so I decided to bring it back to Shell (A&K Auto Repair) to have the problem resolved. On Monday Oct 5. I arrived at Shell K&A again to speak w/ Aryobi in which stated, \"there was an oil leak between the flywheel and oil seal & that this was separate issue\". In fact, Aryobi told me. \"it would cost $450.00 to fix the seal because the mechanics had to open up transmission again\". After some  discussion. Aryobi made it a point his shop was not responsible for the oil leak. To my disappointment. I also told him that I would be contacting the BAR due to poor performance, inspection, and quality of workmanship to my vehicle. At that point. I decided to not have my vehicle fixed at Shell K&A & decided to seek advice and recommendation pertaining to this incident, other automotive repair shop such as HA Auto Repair stated that the leak was due to a seal that was not replaced, properly installed, or better yet, discussed through the vehicle repairs at Shell K&A. In addition, HA Auto Repair said, \"this is a result of carelessness & laziness.Furthermore. I decided to have my cars leak fixed at HA Auto Repair because it was conveniently located near my home and they would charged me $350.00 instead of the $450.00 at Shell K&A. I filed a complaint to BAR against to Shell K&A Auto Repair","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-15-10"},{"author_name":"Khalid N.","review_text":"I brought my car in for service and they did a good job. they id the problem and gave me a really great quote on the part. it is very professional and very clean. the last guy that was there before them was very dirty and the whole shop was covered with oil. this owner is very clean and professional. the tech is very respectful and knows what he is doing. he knows how to solve a problem with any vehicle.","rating":5,"date_published":"2014-21-10"}]}
