> Don't rent here if you value your car. In a 18 month period of time over 12 cars have been broken into or vandalized. The management doesn't care and would rather take long breaks and be missing from view then to deal with the very real threat to residents personal property.  So if you want to deal with a management company that runs their property like a high school drama club instead of professional adults, then this might be the place for you. But my advice spend the little extra money and save yourself from having to file insurance claims.
