> I received a mailer from Clyburn Realty & Lending about 4 years ago! I need to refi, so I called their office and talk with the broker Jim Clyburn. We spent about 30 minutes talking about what I want to accomplish. During our conversion, we found out I had 2nd trust deedon my property that I knew nothing about. I couldn’t do my refi until the title was clear. Jim pointed me in the right direction. It took 1 year for me to refi, but Jim call every week to see how I was doing. I was able to refi my house and purchase an investment property with the help of Clyburn Realty & Lending. Jim Clyburn is the only Realtor and Lender I recommended.E. Ivy  Laguna Niguel Calif.
