The atmosphere is nice with dim lighting. Very clean also! Great, flexible schedules!I just began training with Iggy and he is AMAZING! Every week is a different type of work out and so we work out all different parts of the body. Really challenges my work out  and pushes me to take it to that extra step I would not normally do on my own. Very personable, supportive, and motivating.
