I then called their Upland office to schedule an appointment. They asked a copy of the insurance eligibility faxed to them. They gave me a different fax #. I told my insurance company to accommodate to them by faxing the eligibility to their new fax #. Because my lunch time is the office lunch time too, it took me almost a week to finally get hold of Grove Dental Group to follow up on the receipt of document. The lady said they didn't get the fax. I asked what fax # do they have. She gave me the old fax #. I then contacted my insurance to check. This happened about 3 times until today, I took a day off to especially get this done. Finally Grove Dental Group Upland office confirmed my insurance eligibility and scheduled me an appointment for 03/26/2015. A couple hours later, the same lady in the office called to say that they can not take this insurance. What? They didn't verify the first time I called them, or before scheduling me the appointment and had to wait for almost a month to do this??? When they were back and forth claiming unable to receive my eligibility paperwork, I had a bad feeling about this dentistry. Now I am sure this is an uncompetent dental office, both customer service and business ethics.","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-23-03"},{"author_name":"s7adams","review_text":"THEY DESERVE ALL THE STARS. Very prompt, professional, and friendly. Dr. Vahan is our family dentist and we can't be happier. He is very gentle, very experienced. We trust his decisions and follow his advice.
