After calling and setting an appointment from 1-5pm, which meant I had to take a half day off, no one shows by 5, I call and he proceeds to tell me, he got busy and tried to call (untrue) but he could get to me tomorrow between 8-12...Really...so I say how about 8-10am, he tells me well because I was a referral he has his regular customers Blah Blah Blah, like my money doesn't spend as well, and never mind the inconvenience of blowing me off in the first place.....CALL SOMEONE ELSE","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-15-06"},{"author_name":"Christy G.","review_text":"Rancho Plumbing was quick to respond and come out to diagnose my problem.
