I was looking for a beach cruiser and found the one I was looking for at Roys. Even though the shop was packed with other customers, everyone was greeted and helped in a timely manner. I've been blessed to live about 1/2 mile from one of the best bike shops in Southern California. Mike, the owner, has an amazing team of bike experts on staff to assist you in whatever type of biking you do. Mountain biking, Road or BMX, they got it all. Everybody is so friendly and patient with the customers, its a feel good shop. I'm the opposite, I want to ride my bike in from work, get my adjustments or parts installed while the seat is still hot!!! Best thing is, I make a call before going and they are waiting for me!! They actually take my bike in for service and work on it while I wait.
