> The worst perm and haircut of my life.  My hair was completely fried.  No apology or refund was offered, even after the owner was shown photos of the damage. I had to get worst of the friend ends cut off, so I took pictures before the second haircut. I wasn't going to let that salon touch my hair again, so I went to Great Clips. The stylist at Great Clips said,  "Oh, my God!  Who did this to your hair?"
