The lady who answered the line said \"He no longer does art appraisals. He only does real estate\". I proceeded to ask if she knew of anyone in town who could help me. In mid-statement, she cut me off & said, \"ok, thanks, goodbye!\" & hung up on me. I decided to call back, & said, \"If you can't help me that's fine, but you didn't have to hang up on me\". This time, I was hung up on before I could finish my sentence. This is the type of self-serving attitude that American businesses need to separate themselves from if they are to survive in OUR market. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company until such time that they have changed their attitude toward the community they are supposed to be serving.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-03-10"}]}
