> I called this business today to inquire about having a piece of art appraised. The lady who answered the line said "He no longer does art appraisals. He only does real estate". I proceeded to ask if she knew of anyone in town who could help me. In mid-statement, she cut me off & said, "ok, thanks, goodbye!" & hung up on me. I decided to call back, & said, "If you can't help me that's fine, but you didn't have to hang up on me". This time, I was hung up on before I could finish my sentence. This is the type of self-serving attitude that American businesses need to separate themselves from if they are to survive in OUR market. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company until such time that they have changed their attitude toward the community they are supposed to be serving.
