I can honestly say, the experience was painless and we were very pleased with the end result. Customer service is definitely a strong point with this company, as they went out of their way to make us happy. First off, their showroom in Vacaville is very impressive. Many styles of flooring and the staff were very knowledgeable. Frankly, Carpets & More had much more variety than the other stores we visited. On top of that, their prices were in line with the competition, and in many instances beat the competition – we had a total of 5 bids. From day one, the crew was on time, answered any questions we had, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Furthermore, their workmanship was top notch – everything you would expect from a reputable company. When one unexpected problem arose (an issue with our staircase banister), Gary went out of his way to bring in a carpenter to make sure the final product was what we wanted and one we would be happy with. They went the extra mile for us. Our floors now look wonderful, and we have had many compliments. After this experience, we will definitely be using them in the future for our carpets.Customer J.
