She urinated on the carpet multiple times and you coud barely stand to walk in the room it smelled so bad.  I called JC carpet and they said they may not be able to get it all out.  I really appreciated their honesty so I scheduled an appointment.  Mike showed up exactely on time.  He checked the carpet, told me step by step what he was going to do, he explained everything.  He was the nicest person and we spent the whole time he was working talking.  It was a pleasure having Mike in our home.  It's been almost 2 weeks since the carpets were cleaned and the smell is gone and the carpets look beautiful.  I woudn't use any other carpet cleaning business. JC carpet cleaning is the only cleaning company I will ever call again.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Once again the results were just what we expected, excellent!  I've always thought they were a little expensive, but the results and the quality of the service keeps us coming back to them. He called the night before the scheduled day and confirmed our appointment and expected arrival time. He called on his way just to confirm directions as the new bypass isn't listed in most GPS systems yet. Jorge came in and explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He was well prepared to what he was confronted with regarding spots and high traffic areas. He also moved furniture for us and placed all furniture on pads so that the metal on the feet of the furniture didn't rest on the damp carpet and leave rust marks or discolor it in anyway.We're extremely happy with his price, quality and service.
