> I've been going to Noggins 'n' Nails since they first opened and I have NEVER been disappointed.  They have always done exactly what  I asked them to do with my hair.  I've had numerous hair colors over the years and they have always looked beautifully natural and I always received many compliments from those who admired my new look. Whether it's pedicure or manicure, a new hair color or a permanent, or a razor or scissor haircut, you can get the best at Noggins 'n' Nails.  All the stylists are excellent but I can recommend from personal  experience, Wendy & Christina.  Just say Jane recommended you.  You will NOT be sorry.
