> I shipped my business phone to our main office in Walnut Creek for repair.  We asked and paid for it to be shipped UPS overnight but it never arrived at its location.  When I called EZ Ship the next morning, they couldn't tell me anything and said they would call me back but never did.  After checking the Tracking No. with UPS and coming to the conclusion the package was NEVER shipped, I picked up the phone from EZ Ship and took it to UPS.  The owner tried to make it good and was attempting to ship it out right before we picked it up but she never called us to tell us this was what happened and this was what she was going to do.  She also tried to blame us saying "we didn't ask for it it to go out overnight."  Even if this were true, that doesn't explain why it was never shipped

> I mailed a package through these guys and it never made it to my customer because the postage wasn't correct. Also, when I asked if their Credit/Debit machine was working the lady working there said "It better not be a bad card or we will come find you" in a very rude manner. I would be fired from my job if I treated customers like that

> dont ship anything from them! not only did my package arrive broken, but i cant get a response from EZ Ship as to how to put a claim in. i have gone by numerious times only to hear that the owner is not available. i have called, left messages, and get no response. doesnt anyone believe in customer servcie.
