> I searched high and low for carpet from small stores in the Valley to the big box stores, all to no avail.  While searching the internet, I decided to give Floor Coverings International a chance to meet my needs.  I was impressed that Jocelyn came to my home loaded with samples.  Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not on her truck.  She didn't blink an eye. She set out to order many samples for me.  They arrived and none were close to the mark.  She tried again and Eureka!I got the deep burgundy color I wanted and that was so elusive.  Everyone who sees it loves the richness of the color. Jocelyn's customer service is second to none.  If you can't find the carpet you want from her, it certainly won't be for lack of trying on her part.
