> Pathway Escrow handled our escrow.  We were told that our proceeds check was mailed on April 10th.  After 5 days I emailed and was told to wait sometimes the mail gets lost.  After 10 days I wrote again and was told firmly to WAIT for the check.  I then asked her to check around the office because it could not have been mailed April 10th.  I finally had to ask them to reissue a check.  Today is June 11th.  Still have not received the "mailed" check!
