> Went to Llantera Used Tires in Valley Center today as I had a flat tire.As soon as I got out of my car a dog ran up to me. I asked the proprietor to, please restrain the dog as I have been attacked by dogs TWICE before.He responded, "He won't bite you", but the dog continued to get closer to me.I asked him, again, to restrain the dog. Finally this fat proprietor walked away and the dog followed. I waited about 10 minutes for the proprietor to return but he seemed more interested in playing with his dog than servicing a paying customer.I went to Discount Tire and got my flat tire PROFESSIONALLY repaired, FOR FREE!!!!
