Okay, I understand that things happen and shirts get lost at dry cleaners. I am a reasonable person. However, the way they handled the whole situation when they realized they had lost my shirt was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable.Like the other posters, the female clerk at the store told me to come back in two days and that they had my shirt and not to worry.I gave them extra time to locate my shirt and came back in 4 days. The same female clerk acted as though she had just seen me for the first time and told me they had my shirt and to come back again in 2 days.Even then, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and again, waited a couple of days and went back for my shirt. Guess what? She acted as if thought she had never seen me and pulled the same stunt again and told me to come back the next day! I told her that I was not an idiot and either she needed to give me my shirt right there and then or she would need to compensate me for my lost shirt. She then proceeded to give me some BS excuses and told me the manager of the store was not there and was in a meeting (right, in a meeting at 5:30PM on a Friday afternoon) and told me to come back.I wasn't going to fall for that BS again. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and decided to just take a loss. However, I felt like I needed to come here to warn my fellow YPers to NOT give any of your business to this place. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **Jenny F\.** - 1/5 > These people are liars, crooks, and horrible human beings. I brought in a white leather dress to remove rwo small stains in the back. When I dropped it off, I asked the idiotic woman who works at the front if they could handle this. She said she'd try and I thought that meant yes because she took the dress from me. When I picked it up, she said they couldn't remove the stains and wouldn't charge me. So that's fair, right? Well, when I looked through the plastic cover, there were blue stains all over my dress. They ruined it. When i asked her what happened, she said they didn't touch the dress and that I brought in like that. WHAT??? I said no I didn't, and she proceeded to call me a liar to my face. I have never in my life seen service like this.
