The experience was nice, no complaints about the condition of the hotel.  My issue is with the employees and the fact that management don't accept the blame for mistakes they make at the expense of it customers.  like I said, I stayed there in May 2007, In February of 2008 an employee of the hotel billed my bank card for a total of $546.00, for someone else's stay.  By the time I reviewed my account statements, I was already charged $190.00 for charges against checks I had written to pay my bills. If the money was never taken, I would not be out of $190.00.  I have spoken to the hotel and the money was refunded, but no one is accepting the blame that was make or credited me $190.00.  I'm paying for their mistake,   WHAT ABOUT THEM PAYING FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!! When did \"the customer is always wrong\" statement become right.  I'm still waiting for someone from the hotel to correct the wrongs of their employee.","rating":3,"date_published":"2008-21-04"}]}
