> as some who simply visited the apartment complex for a brief time i found that the manger is never there and terrorizes the tenants to do her bidding, creates reasons to do constant inspections quite a few times a year and the pre-inspections for the inspections and then threatens to evict the house hold if they do not allow her access or she looks for things to complain about. she spends more of her working hours in her apartment and doesn't care for what the tents have to say. the tenets are afraid to speak out against her for fear that the boss will tell her who it was and then she will evict them and make up reasons to "document" the tenets behavior and terrorize them with constant "notices" to cover her behavior.
