Well run though one person in particular was there waiting over 2 hours.  The lobby is clean, though the bikkering in the back amongst employees was extremely annoying and unprofessional. They have TV, Wifi, clean bathrooms, magazines, food, drinks, everything while you wait.. and did I say CLEAN bathrooms. My bmw dealer recommended them to put chome wheels on my new 3 series , and I can see why. The wheels are PERFECT. This isn't an ordinary car shop.
