> At first I was a little hesitant on Adding solar panels to my house. I received quotes from different companies and decided to go with suntime energy. Their sales Rep Richard Zelaya was very knowledgeable about the incentives panels prices and all that has to do with solar and customer service. during the install the installers did leave a mess the first day but I called in and they sent a rep out to fix all the problem. besides that I am very good now.  thanks

> THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!horrible customer service and technicians.They installed the solar panels on may 31st 2016.Insisted that they would be up and running in 4 months due to inspections and what not.  It is now November and nothing. If you ask me this people are just trying to get you to make you sign a contract and do nothing so when you're fed up with them and when you want to cancel "oh there's a fee". Horrible!

> This business has very bad customer service. I called to get an update on the solar panel process that has taken more than six months to approve and the person who is supposed to be updating me on the process, does not return phone calls. I called several times and they do not pick up the phone. One time, they picked up the phone, the receptionist did not even answer, and automatically transferred me over to a voice mail system.
