> I very rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I love going to Wendy's for the chili and baked potato, it's always great! Unfortunately, there aren't too many Wendy's around here (WHY?!), so I had to drive all the way to this location. I got the food as requested, but the lady never gave me back change. When she was about to close the window I said politely "I didn't get change back". She looked at me with an irritated face and gave me my change then closed the window. She did not even apologize!I wasn't too happy about her reaction. Next time I will try another location.

> At approximately 3.30 today, 4-30-2011, I went to Wendy's to order the new fries and get a hamburger. I order the fries and hamburger at the drive up window, and then I realized I could get a combo for the same price. I asked the server could she change it to a combo, she gave me a dirty look as though I really made her mad.  I said, that's ok, and I drove off.  I decided to write this review so that the management would be aware of the bad attitude of the person,a girl, at the window. If she treats other customers like that I am sure your bottom line profit is alreay low but I assure you the longer she acts like that, it will plummet lower.
