Little did I know the underwriting process would not pass due to a room that came with the house in the garage. Worst of all our AAA agent Sylvia called the City code enforcement on us for not staying with her since underwriting insisted to demolish the room our new home came with. They are cheap in comparison to other places that offer these services. Since we are AAA members we got to try both these services quite recently.
