> Worst experience renting. the sand and sea apartments is filled with criminals playing jail yard. the landlord didn't care I was being harassed on a daily basis to give up my carport, then I was robbed, then assaulted. All kinds of tweeker and shady activity going on. They kept my damage deposit and I was only there 3 weeks. STAY AWAY!The police advised me to move based on their past experience with the tenants giving me trouble.
