Unfortunately, they were wrong. What ticked me off was the insinuation, when I called to complain, that I was responsible and that Buena would neither refund me nor aknowledge their role in the screw up. However, they did offer to order me the right product at full cost. This is not my idea of customer service and I cannot/ will not recommend Buena Tile.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-26-09"}]}
