WE WERE GONNA BUY A MOBILE HOME FROM HIM BUT COULDN'T GET FINANCED SO WE GAVE IT BACK BUT HE ALREADY PUT US AS REGISTERED OWNERS AND NEVER TOOK US OFF NOW WE HAVE 4YRS OF BACK TAXES OWED ON THIS MOBILE HOME THAT WE LEFT IN 2008 AND LIENS IN OUR NAME. WE GOT A HOLD OF HIM AND ALL HE COULD SAY WAS YOU SHOULD PAY THE TAXES CAUSE I COULD OF SEWED YOU! WHEN WE GAVE HIM THE TRAILER BACK HE WAS FINE AND SAID HE UNDERSTOOD BUT SCREWED US ANYWAY! THE MOBILE HOME WAS LOCATED IN A PRIVATE PARK AND SO MAKING SURE THE COUNTY COULDN'T COME AFTER HIM HE RIPPED THE TRAILER OUT OF THE PARK AND NOW WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE HE TOOK IT! Mr. Wright has been buying/selling mobiles for a long time and should know the law.  This was the first time I bought one and should have checked the laws but, I didn't.  I questioned Mr Wright about not having an Escrow Acct during the purchase. Mr. Wright explained that we did not need to go through an escrow account because buying a mobile home was like buying a car, mobile homes are personal property not real property.  Half right but sooooo very wrong!! Escrow clears Title and Taxes.  Mr Wright did not bother to do either, even though he said that part of the down payment was to transfer title and taxes. Nothing has been done to this property tax account since 2005 (the old owners need to get in touch with the KCTTC as soon as possible!!).  3 Tax liens, for the years 2005, '06, '07, have been placed on the mobile under the old registered owner name with Buenaventura Capital, David Wright, as the legal owner. I am the 2nd owner since 2005.The clerk at KCTTC said that I wasn't the only one in this boat with Mr. Wright but wouldn't elaborate further.Phone calls to Buenaventura Capital and Mr. David Wright, go unanswered and messages are not returned. I have called his other office, Cherry Homes, Ventura, Ca, and left messages that have not been returned. Letters are not answered.I have made every payment and on time, thinking I was paying for my home. Improvements and upgrades made are all for nothing.  THE TAX MAN COMETH!  My home is listed for seizure. Pay the taxes, sure, but I still wont own the property! Only one that can request a change in registured owners, is the legal owner, David Wright.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-28-02"}]}
