The room was very cheap considering I paid upward of $170 for a room in Santa Barbara but I got a room here for $55 and it was great. Was a bit sketchy from the outside but the room was very clean and had a big flat screen with great HD channels. The room seemed like it had just be remodeled had a full kitchen in inside, staff was very friendly, and room was spotless and it was near downtown Ventura as well as the beach. Great stay for a place 20 minutes from Santa Barbara. Would stay there again.","rating":5,"date_published":"2011-14-07"}]}
