> Ms. Frank, as a court-appointed Settlement Officer (volunteer) was able to cut through the reams of paperwork, effectively address the concerns of opposing parties, and quickly and efficiently bring the two sides to a resolution that was fair, economical, and a reasonable alternative to protracted and costly litigation.
