The office manager will block any attempt you make to try to get to someone with authority so you can't even tell the doctors how their staff are heartless machines.  At my next insurance enrollment I'm going to be changing groups.  Many other doctors are trained on bed side manner and dealing with situations that come up on a case by case basis.  Primary Medical Group are still stuck in the faceless machine way of doing things.  Makes it extremely frustrating.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-14-04"}]}
