Just a plain honest and good business man. My 70 yr old mother, had appliances just breaking down, one each year. When some electricians were at the house and all of a sudden her stove didn't work, he told us a couple things to try and if they didn't work he would come over in the morning (this was after hours). Of course his suggestion worked. No cost..... 6 months later her dryer was making an awful racket. She called and was told he simply couldn't work on the machine, because the company wouldn't supply the parts. He was 100% right. ( we called around). Result new dryer. Most recently, refrigerator had been leaking. Mom couldn't remember the name and called other repair companies but 3 of them couldn't make it out until Wednesday. She then called me and asked the name of the company. She called Monday morning and he was there by 10. Amazing nice, honest, good and definitely reasonably priced","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-11-06"}]}
