In addition, they broke one of the products I was trying to ship and absolutely refuse to pay for it. Tried speaking to Dave Hagmaier and he is very rude and continues to try and place blame on shippers when it was his company who caused freight to be damaged. They had been trying to recruit us for two years and I kept putting them off thinking no company could be that great as these people made it sound. Well it was the best move we ever made, if you want the best where you are treated like family and respected, then Dot Line is it. We are pure owner operators we came here with our truck and really love this company. Now here is a guy that ships cheap toners for copy machines. When his customers actually see karl's cheap product they refuse it. Then Karl in all his wisdom calls the carrier and tells us his shipment was refused and he wants it shipped back for free. Right Karl we called your customer and hes said the toners were of such cheap quality that he refused them. So we charged Karl for the return of his merchandise. Karl then filed a claim stating the pallet must have tipped over and caused all of the product to get damaged. I asked Karl to send me pictures and he sends me one picture of a toner without the bubble wrap. I asked him were is the nonnle wrap and he told me it all blew up when the freight tipped over. I think everyone can agree with me to break the bubble wrap on a toner you would have to run over it with a car. I then asked car to let me inspect the product but he could never commit to a date. Make a long story short we could never verify the loss or the weight of the product and from what he customer told us Karl was trying to get out of paying the freight charges. He told me if we would pay the freight charges he would cancel his claim.Karl was beat at his own game. Karl when you ship junk to your customers through Dot-Line don't think for a second that we don't know what your up. And threats to go to the BBB and YP doesn't sway our opinion of your ways. But unlike you I will not use your company name.
