> To say Tempo's customer service is poor is an understatement.  We purchased 4 stools from them, and now need to replace a torn cushion. After almost 3 months of sending emails, taking pictures, making phone calls, and even sending them our torn cushion, we have yet to get a straight answer from any representative as to whether or not they still have the fabric we need. They did ship us 3 cushions with the same WRONG fabric, 2 of which were sent AFTER they got our torn cushion to compare!
