She had to be hospitalized for a serious infection and the hospital had a hard time contacting her for the first 3 of the 8 days she was in the hospital, which is one of the ones she covers. Both the nurses and myself experienced bad customer service from her; she is not readily available for on call duty and if she feels that she is right, she will not listen to the parent, whom knows the child best.","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-20-05"}]}
