The receptionis, both of them are rude and have no respect for the privacy of their patients medical file. I was in the lobby and the receptionis began reading my file out loud. The lobby was full of other patients. I was trying to move my appointment up to an earlier date and without checking if there was anything available I was told no, that i had to wait. I asked the other girl at the front desk before i went in to my physical therapy if i could see the doc and she didnt hesitate to tell me no. no explaination, just a straight out NO. In the process of finding another office that respects their pateints and their needs.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-17-10"}]}
