I do NOT live there but unfortunately I do know someone who does.  Recently, one of their residents guests' STABBED another and yet the residents that ALLOWED that person in their apartment is still remaining.  According to standard lease agreements, if a guest of a resident commits an unlawful act, that is grounds for EVICTION!!  And on top of that, WHERE IN THE HELL WAS SECURITY THAT NIGHT????","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-25-10"}]}
