> I came in on Christmas Day around 1:45 pm to cash in my scratchers. I knew I had $8.00 in winners. My Husband came out with $6.00. I went back in to confront the long haired lady and she just said I dont know. To top it off she had ripped up the tickets. There is a second chance drawing on the non winners. I checked them online before I even went into the store , this is very fishy to me. I have heard complaints about this lady before. She was very rude to us. Why would she ripped the tickets up and not offer them back to me? No one there seems to know what to do there. You need better customer service. I think I will pass this along to the California Lotto Board.
