> This would have been my third time taking my Daughter to Dr. Barnes for the exact SAME teeth. The previous filling on both teeth had "fallen out." Dr. Barnes staff stated the first procedure performed they did not use the strongest product for her filling, more of a "temporary". The Dentist stated they would use the stronger product for this filling and that will fix the problem. After the fillings fell out a third time, I contacted Dr. Barnes hoping they would get her in soon. They stated she would need a referral even though she's already been there twice. After they received the referral, we had to wait on the pre authorization for the procedure. After two weeks I contacted the office to follow up on the status. They were able to schedule an appointment a few weeks out. Leading up to the procedure I was told my Daughter needed to been seen by a Medical Doctor. I had requested the form to be faxed to my personal fax machine FOUR times on FOUR different occasions. When I had intially asked for the form to be faxed, I never received it. The following day I contacted the office requesting the form to be faxed again, I never received it. The third day I contacted Dr. Barnes requesting the form to be faxed yet again, the front office (Suite A) answered and stated they were having issues with the phone lines, she stated would take my message and walk it down to Suite C. I waited another day and still no form. I called for the fourth time and finally received the fax. On 09/25/18 @3:32 I received a voicemail requesting to confirm my daughters appointment for 10/02/18 @9:00am. On 09/26/18 @10:31 I received another voicemail to confirm the appt. I took a break from work to return the call to Dr. Barnes. When I contacted the office I was notified my Daughters appointment had been cancelled because they were unable to confirm appointment. I had stated that it had NOT been 24hours since they had called to confirm and asked why would they cancel so quick.
