> Besides never calling if your repairs are done, they are not very knowledgeable on their products. Bought a cell phone that didn't have the features I wanted after I asked to make sure.

> The Best Buy itself was ok. Not great but ok. I bought my Apple there. It had a bad hard drive so I had to bring it back to the Geek Squad to fix. They told me it would be about 10 days or so. I got it back today after 1 1/2 months. Or 1 month late I guess. They did not call me to let me now it was back, I had to call them. I was basically told "Oops, our bad, we don't know why it took so long". They guy at the counter was nice and tried to get his manager to speak with me. He wouldn't come out. The little guy was nice but the Management sucked! Turns out they didn't even ship my computer out for repairs until after 11 days.
